Owen's guidance in a realistic appraisal of my property, and his advice as to the current market, was instrumental in my decision to move quickly on a sale, which was definitely the right choice. His marketing team did an excellent job and he and his team have achieved an excellent result for me.

This is my third property sold by Owen Chen and his team in Sunnybank Hills. Same as last two times. They did an amazing job again. Really happy for the whole selling process. Recommend Owen Chen and his team to all the sellers and buyers.

My family and I have interacted with many Real Estate Agents over the recent years and only a few stood out from the crowd; Owen Chen was one of those. Owen and his team make you feel that they are a part of your family but at the same time draw unbiased boundaries to separate their professional character and show respect for all parties involved. When talking business with Owen it's evident he has an outstanding knowledge, skill and experience in Real Estate Sales. Whilst there were one or two other agents which shone though and no doubt were very good, Owen put a very good business plan together and basically we put our trust and faith in him. Owen and his team are truly wonderful and are so pleasant to talk to that I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in selling their property.

We knew of Owen as we have had many friends and neighbors use him to sell their homes over the years and all have been very happy with the job he had done. So it was an easy decision for us to choose him as our Agent when we decided to sell. We couldn't be happier with job Owen, David and the whole team did for us and will always recommend them in the future.

David did an outstanding job marketing and selling our property for us. Our family always felt confident that he was working as hard as possible on our behalf and we couldn't have been happier having him as our Agent.

Jacky was exceptional to work with for our successful sale. While so many other agents simply 'talk the talk', Jacky 'walks the walk'. He is very honest, hardworking and a straight shooter with a determination and genuine honesty not always found in the real estate game. Consistent with his communication with a strong understanding of the market. Never gave up, got the deal done and managed to achieve a great price for our property. Super pleased with the entire process. Would highly recommend having Jacky on your side when selling or buying.
