Owen had consistently remained in contact with us for the past eight years. We knew he had sold many properties in Sunnybank. We appreciated the time Owen took to explain his marketing strategies. His team were very on board and kept us informed. We were very impressed with his vision for the lead up to auction, the video and photographs and the team made the open house process easy. We were kept up to date with how the campaign interest and open homes were progressing with written and oral reports. The auctioneer and whole team supported us throughout the whole process and despite being sceptical about about an auction, we did snd sold with with an outcome that suited our current circumstances - longer settlement and rent back option.
