We have known Owen for many years and entrusted him and his team for the sale of our home. He is a true professional, excellent communicator & exceptional negotiator. He is one of the best in the market, if not the best with regards to honesty, integrity and skill. Thank you so much.

We bought our house from Owen Chen (Place Sunnybank team) we were impressed about his service and warm personality. 2 years after , when we decide to sell, we chose him without any hesitation. Our house is not in a location which is easy to sell, however, due to Owen’s large buyer database, his WeChat ( Chinese social media platform) attracts a Chinese Investor who bought our house at Auction. If you want an agent who provides honesty information, down to earth work attitude with large qualified buyer database, Owen and His company Place Sunnybank is your best choice!
