6 years ago we bought the house in sunnybank from Owen , back to that time Owen impressed us with his hard working, local property knowledge, his strong ability of communicating with buyer, and his ability to make things moving at Onsite auction event. We like his energy, his honesty and down to earth approach. Now 2021 when we decide to sell the house, Owen is our only choice, we trust him will deliver good result for us, after 3 weeks, Owen conducted the auction, after 21 bids, with more than 10 registered bidders’ competition we sold our house at a good price.
