We bought our first family home from Owen Chen’s team, Owen communicated with the seller and made our dream come true. After the contract has formed, owen and his team continually provide high quality service by liaising with the bank , valuer, building and pest inspector, and the vendor regarding fixing some minor Issues about the house. He was always responsive to my questions to ensure a smooth transaction. First class service, friendly staff, highly recommended !

We bought our first home from Owen 4 years ago at auction, due the the growing family we decided to upgrade our home and sell our current home. At this important moment, without hesitation we decided to use Owen and his team at place sunnybank to do the job. Owen and his team were very quick and efficient, their marketing quality is second to none, Owen his co agent andy , his team manager Emily worked tirelessly for a good results for us. Although due to the pre Christmas market condition was not ideal, we passed in at auction, owen and his team never gave up, quickly generated an offer for us 1 week after the auction, unfortunately, the first buyer changed their mind and terminate the contract, owen quickly did another open house and generated another offer for us, what a skill for risk management. We are highly recommended Owen and his team
