We found Jess to be extremely professional and knowledgeable of the calamvale market. We heeded her advise on the marketing of the property and in doing so achieved our goal. She sold the house in four weeks. We would strongly suggest any vendors to consider a consultation with Jess prior to listing with an agency. Thanks again Jess.

I watched Owen and his team in auctions by attending them over recent years. What attracted him for us was to see the way he worked bidders at the auction. His ability to do so convinced me he was the best for the job on sale by auction. He knows the market and is realistic in his expectations. Owen was very clear on his expectations, even when his views were not attractive, but he worked hard on everyone to achieve a great attendance on the day. That enabled the registration of several bidders which in turn created a competitive bidding process which brought about a positive outcome. I would strongly recommend Owen for other sellers. His team are all very polite and conscientious and helpful in the process.

Jess was a pleasure to work with during our Auction campaign, from the very start Jess had done her homework on the recent auction activity within our area and offered us excellent feedback on her current client base of prospective buyers still looking to purchase properties. Jess was very thorough in her follow ups with prospective buyers who had attended the open homes. The marketing campaign worked very well for us and this was due to Jess's hands on approach and we thank her very much for this. Jess is someone that we would highly recommend if you were looking at selling your property

Thanks for Owen and his team for selling my property at sunnybank. The market overall at sunnybank is challenging, however, I choose Owen and his team due to the reason if they are having large database of quality buyers. Owen is the go to person in sunnybank and surrounding area if you are thinking of buying and selling. Due to the longevity of Owen’s selling activities at sunnybank , even at a tough market we still have over 8 registered bidders at auction and owen and his team sold my property at auction with a cash unconditional sale. Thanks for the hard working, i have no hesitation to recommend Owen.

We had been monitoring the market for around 12 months and had already shortlisted Owen due to his results in the area. We received appraisals from several agents but Owen stood out primarily for his enthusiasm towards the property. That he was suggesting a sale price 10% more than his competitors didn’t hurt either just quietly. We found the whole team to be professional , genuine, and a pleasure to deal with from the time we listed and through to post sale. Owen contacted us to let us know when he had inspections booked, and most impressively, within a few hours after the inspections had been conducted. Emily and the team at the office also communicated with us regularly to make sure we were well informed and understood everything that was happening. Owen sold the property quickly, was able to generate several competing offers, and ultimately met his premium price suggestion. We couldn’t recommend him and his team highly enough.
