I met Jess because she had sold other houses in the area and she approached me about listing my house in Calamvale with her and the Place team. Jess had a great knowledge of the suburb and from the outset she gave me her expert advice on what I needed to do to have the house ready to achieve a great sale price. Jess helped me to organise trades people and get the work done in a short time frame in order to have the house ready. I had the house staged upon Jess' recommendation and the end result was amazing. We listed and had our first open home a couple of days later, where there were over 20 groups of people and from Jess' follow up we received a contract at a great price the next day.
