Well what a journey....if only we found Jess three months earlier the result would have been much better for us. But having said that, well what a true professional....Jess went out of her way to help sell our family home of 21 years...Jess even helped out with finishing touches for some staging of bedrooms. Young in years, but very wise with experience and a weath of knowledge in the housing sector...knows her stuff. Despite it being over a year before we decided to go ahead and sell our property, Owen regularly kept in touch and was patient while we considered several different options for our situation. What made Owen stand out from other agents was his professionalism, excellent knowledge of Asian buyers (important in the Sunnybank area) and the fact that he was backed by the Place Agency reputation. Although our property presented some challenges for us emotionally, he remained positive that we would get a good outcome and his team achieved a solid market price - with a bit of extra cream on top! If we were to give any constructive feedback, we feel there could be some improvement in after-sale communication and in-house service - otherwise it would be 5 stars all the way.

We interviewed a number of agents and decided to use Owen because of other results he had achieved in our area. He made suggestions on what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale to achieve the best possible price. During the sale process we had alot of people through the house and 6 registered bidders on auction day. It sold under the hammer at above our reserve.
