So happy to be able to leave Mark and the team a 5 start review! After an unhappy experience with a larger "chain" agency we parted company with them when the agency agreement expired. Our mistake was that we initially thought we'd be better off with a larger company. We engaged Mark and on his advice had our (beautiful but somewhat quirky) cottage styled. Mark's strength is his direct and personal engagement. He knows the Blue Mountains and we knew we had his involvement in showing the right buyers the property and then following up. On the first weekend (only 4 days after signing the contract with Mark) we had more buyers through that ever before and the sale came from that first showing. We also found that Mark gave realistic and consistent advice as to the property value. This made a huge difference and had not been our experience with the other agents.
