My husband and I had never sold a house before so we had no knowledge of the process, however Mark made it so easy and actually, an enjoyable experience! From the beginning he was open, honest and completely transparent. He was down to earth and I trusted him immediately with this huge transition for us. Mark explained everything step by step and his knowledge of what we needed to do was so helpful and I’m glad I listened to his advice. Once we finally had the house ready to put on the market, he was calling me every day or every other day, letting me know everything that was happening, and if I had a question he would respond to me the same day to answer my queries. Our house only had one open day with many people go through, and it was sold the same week after a very exciting bidding war! We were so incredibly happy with the result which exceeded our expectations by far. Marks professionalism was outstanding throughout the whole process and we felt so safe with him during the sale. So happy to be able to leave Mark and the team a 5 start review! After an unhappy experience with a larger "chain" agency we parted company with them when the agency agreement expired. Our mistake was that we initially thought we'd be better off with a larger company. We engaged Mark and on his advice had our (beautiful but somewhat quirky) cottage styled. Mark's strength is his direct and personal engagement. He knows the Blue Mountains and we knew we had his involvement in showing the right buyers the property and then following up. On the first weekend (only 4 days after signing the contract with Mark) we had more buyers through that ever before and the sale came from that first showing. We also found that Mark gave realistic and consistent advice as to the property value. This made a huge difference and had not been our experience with the other agents.
