I've instructed Brad a few times over the years; he is my only choice. The Brisbane residential property market is a very different and quite dangerous place at this point in time - not many agents are prepared to admit that and work towards a result. Although we achieved significantly less than I hope for/expected - I'm pleased the property is now sold. No one can predict with certainty what may eventuate, so you need an agent you can trust. In my experience there's not that many.
