We engaged Richard to give an appraisal on our properties about 2 years ago and was impressed by his honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the Ballarat property market. So earlier this year when we decided to look at selling one, we contacted Richard to have a discussion on where we thought the property was at value wise, and both of our estimates were similar.
