An excellent experience working with Penny to sell my elderly mother's house. Professional in all aspects of communication and administration, with an excellent market knowledge and ability to engage interested buyers, and work with them to secure a sale. I would highly recommend and seek out Penny for future real-estate transactions.

An excellent agent to work with - would not have my new home, if Penny hadn't suggested it. Very knowledgeable, kept me informed all the way, and negotiated an excellent result for both sides.

We cannot thank Penny enough for her assistance in helping us secure our first property. Her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional and she was always extremely prompt to respond to any questions we had. She truly went above and beyond to get us into our property, thank you Penny! We couldn’t recommend Penny highly enough.

This was my first time selling (and buying property!) and Catherina was with me every step of the way. I felt supported and well informed throughout the entire process. Her energy and knowledge meant trusting her was very easy. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Catharina. As first home buyers we were learning a lot and she was very informative and friendly, talking us through the whole process. She was very genuine and open with us and made sure we had all the relevant information. She has gone above and beyond in keeping in communication with us, and in working with us and the vendor on multiple occasions when we have wanted to see the property. We have had a truly wonderful experience with Cat and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Tim was very understanding of my anxiety in buy ing a smaller house and land after the passing of my husband. This was the first time for me to take such a massive step on my own after my 50 year marriage. Thank you Tim

We were with another agent for 3 mths with no real results, unfortunately the biggest issue we had was the lack of communication between us and the agent. Moving forward after speaking with our financial advisor who suggested to give Damien Shackell at PRD a call. Not only was Damian's communication skills excellent between us and our conveyancer we were made to feel a part of the sales process of our property. He listened to us and suggested ideas respectfully throughout the whole sales process. Our property was sold within two weeks of signing with Damien and PRD. Happy to recommed Damian Shackell to anyone we know looking for quality service by a realestate agent.
