Richard Stacey managed the recent sale of our family property. We are indebted to him for his advice regarding the best way to market and sell the property. He kept us up to date on progress at all times and was a pleasure to deal with.

After having 1 agent telling me to drop the price after a fortnight then to take it off the market after 2 months i was luck enough to have Damian get in touch with me and re gain some faith and trust that my house was worth its value and that it will sell as he was very realistic and not just looking for a quick sale and was prepared to be patient and was on the same wave length as i was and that the right person will come along as not all houses suit everyone’s needs.. Damian made the effort to work in with me and communicate well and was very easy to talk to and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again as he was always happy friendly and easy to approach and have a chat with.. very thankful to you and he also got me the price I told him i wanted.. thanks Damo. Much Appreciated

Cannot speak highly enough of Chris Leonard and PRD. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always keeping me up to date with progress. Chris worked out a good strategy for my sale, resulting in an offer within 6 weeks. He clearly deserves his excellent reputation as the leading rural property specialist in the Ballarat region. Would recommend Chris and PRD highly to anyone.

Damian was very profesional throughout the entire process of buying our property. He catered to all our needs including the tenants who reside at the property and he was always first to call to see where we were at and also if there was a new piece of information. His knowledge and understanding of the market and process for us was outstanding and we knew where we were at every step of the way.
