Prior to the listing appearing online she dove into her list of potential buyers and showed them through our home. Our buyers came from this pool. Tash made the process of selling our home easy for us. Whilst we were travelling interstate, she let us know when she was opening our home, arrived prior to the showing to prepare the house, let us know how the showing went and kept us informed about the proceeding sale. On a lighter note, I received birthday flowers from a friend who didn’t know we were away. Tash placed them in a vase and sent me a pic.
