The transaction has been fast, smooth, professional and stress free. Dane had a buyer and the property sold two hours after the sale went live, no open days, no auction stress and very little I had to do but supply a couple of signatures. I have sold a number of properties, in Sydney and elsewhere and this has been amazingly so easy thanks to the professionalism of Dane and PRD. Fully recommend Dane and the PRD team.

Dane was very helpful during the sale process and the auction, his knowledge of the property was good and he was able to give information regarding surrounding properties and the area. Dane was professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Dane was a delight to deal with. He acted with integrity and a high level of understanding and professionalism. We are ecstatic about our purchase of our new home. Dane made the experience positive and had excellent communication, even in a busy market. When it comes to real estate and all things Port Stephens, Dane is in a league of his own!

Dane has an innate ability to match client and property perfectly. With his brilliant team of professionals Dane was able to command the sale of our property with absolute ease. Thank you to Dane and to all those wonderful people supporting you. You all work tirelessly.

Dane was knowledgeable and efficient. After having the property on the market for a long time with another agency, we moved to PRD. Dane had a different approach, which worked as our apartment sold in a week. Very pleased that Dane and his team got the job done so quickly. It’s no wonder he’s the top rated agent in the bay.

Dane was prepared to get involved in some very difficult issues with under performing contractors and beligerent purchasers in the final stages of my development. He also was decisive and held strong views which were mostly correct on issues of finalising landscaping and the general presentation of the properties. He has a good eye for design and what works in his market. Dane went the extra mile and was always professional in his role. I much appreciated this support. Very good job. Thankyou.

Our recent experience of buying a property ran really smoothly thanks to Dane and the team at PRD. No over the top sales pitch that we saw from some agents, just good service backed up by a team that obviously support each other and know their stuff. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

We have bought and sold with Dane and both times we found him to be enthusiastic and professional. He provided excellent advice and spent a considerable amount of time negotiating our sale despite being on holiday with his family. We would have no hesitation recommending Dane.

We selected PRD to sell our property because of their reputation. Dane took on the marketing and offered suggestions to maximise the presentation of the property. We accepted Dane’s advice and he organised tradespeople to make our property ready for the new owner to move in and do nothing. He knows the business and he was both professional and friendly in his dealings with us.. P & L H
