Selling a unique property, such as ours, was always going to test the best of agents. Particularly with Covid-19 playing havoc on the regional tourism industry for several months. However, Dane said he would sell for us, and that he did! We are happily heading to retirement now. Many Thanks Dane

When we needed the extra bit of information or reassurance, Dane went above and beyond to provide everything we needed as buyers. Even after settlement, he made sure everything was spot on and delivered more than we asked for. When we sell or buy again, we know who we'll be calling! Thank you

Dane, Meg and Grace were a great team in helping us purchase our house. Dane's communication was outstanding, getting back to us promptly, even outside of business hours. They were able to arrange inspections at short notice, went back and forth with the vendor and made it a relatively seamless experience - a big thank you!

Dane listened to our requirements & responded with suggestions & possibilities. He showed us a variety of properties in keeping with our expectations. We were able to negotiate freely without any pressure on two probable options. A purchase was initiated & Dane remained involved throughout the contract process. Most impressive.
