Always happy & had constructive ideas to market property never said reduce price but said the property is properly priced hang in it will sell at the correct price asked. He even used to come & water all plants & grass to keep it looking good & he used to put out garbage bins as we were not living full time there

Professional and very aware of the market values and buyers expectations as well as the properties your property is competing with on the market not only with PDR but all other properties/agents in the Bay.

Thank you for your professional work when selling our property. We appreciate your hard work and dedication in what you do.

We engaged Dane after listing our property with a different agent in the Port Stephens region. However, after a period of limited to no activity or interest in our property with that Agent, we chose to change to Dane. When we engaged Dane he provided a marketing strategy that showed imagination with a clear focus on generating interest in the property. Although skeptical at first, everything he promised - he delivered. He was able to generate a number of prospective buyers which resulted in a sale of the property. Nothing was too difficult for Dane and his communication with us was outstanding. He is clearly an agent at the top of his game and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking to by or sell in the Port Stephens Region.

I am extremely happy having Dane from PRD Real Estate as my agent. He sold my home and assisted me in purchasing another. His expertise and knowledge guided me through the process from start to finish. He is very accommodating, easy to talk too, always available and responded quickly to any query I had. He is an expert in his field and I totally recommend him to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate.
