Dane's enthusiasm & positive attitude shone through even during tough times! I wasn't sure that Dane & his PRD team could find an "appropriate" buyer for our property in the midst of all the COVIT 19 negativity. But, true to his word, Dane & his team came through and achieved a sale for us. Thank you Dane & the PRD team for doing what others could not and for being the shining light for us!

I pestered Dane with daily phone calls and texts but nothing was to much for Dane, he talked to me as much as I needed and handled everything with class. Kept me calm and patient and in the end got the perfect result, asking price!

At the point of finding the right buyer for our home, Dane moved very quickly to tie up the loose ends and secure the sale. His experience and professionalism at this point was the key to a successful sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dane to market your property and secure the sale.

The interaction with Dane was professional and extremely easy. We had several conversations regarding the possible off market sale of our holiday home. Within a two month period Dane found several prospective buyers. Within a 48 hours period Dane organised a sale with a quick settlement which was an excellent result for us. It was easy with no stress. We would highly recommend Dane to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Having dealt with Dane previously, He was the person to see when we decided to purchase an investment property. This is now our second property purchase with Dane, he has extensive knowledge of the market and a great communicator, with a professional approach. Prd also have a great team running the property management, we are more than happy with results obtained with our properties under Prd management. Thanks Dane and the team at Prd
