We recently purchased a property where Dane was the selling agent and we were very impressed with his communication and professionalism. As a result we decided to ask Dane to represent us in selling our existing property. Dane and his team put together an outstanding marketing campaign and all looked to be going very well until the world as we know it ended with the Covid 19 virus pandemic the resulting severe government restrictions on many commercial activities, including cancellation of all Auctions (2 days before we were due to hold an auction for our property). Dane however never lost sight of the goal and was able to find a buyer from those that had indicated interest during the marketing campaign. While the price was a little lower than we had hoped for it was reasonable given the circumstances and so we accepted the offer and due to Dane's persistence against the odds we got a result that we are happy with.

Our property was originally managed by another agency, with very little effort. We moved the property to Tim at PRD and never looked back. His knowledge was second to none. Tim constantly informed us as to what was happening with the property, we were never left in the dark. I have never had an agent communicate and respond like Tim does. The property was sold off market at our request. Tim made the whole process so much easier and he went above and beyond what was expected. Tim is an asset to PRD and anyone selling a property.
