Waterfront purchase in Salamander Bay.

Sale of Anna Bay property by public auction
During the pre-sale and sale process Dane was extremely professional, punctual and supportive. His recommended marketing campaign was adopted and achieved a high level of success. Dane received an offer after the first day of listing on the internet and advised me to take the property to public auction the next Saturday. Dane, along with his team (Meg and Grace), maintained good communication over the week leading the auction. At auction the property sold at a price significantly higher than expected.
