A Nightmare Experience – Would Not Recommend My experience renting at 17 Forest Hills Court, Parkwood, under PRD Real Estate Burleigh Heads, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential tenants about the unprofessionalism and poor management I encountered. Repeated No-Shows for Inspections Throughout my lease, the property management team repeatedly scheduled inspections but failed to show up without any prior notice or explanation. This demonstrated a lack of respect for my time and obligations. Unjustified Criticism During Inspections When inspections did occur, they consistently expressed “extreme disappointment” regarding the cleanliness of the house. However, they never specified any particular areas that needed attention, making it impossible for me to address their concerns. This vague and unfair criticism created unnecessary stress and frustration. Frequent Tenant Inspections Towards the End of My Lease As my lease approached its end, the agency frequently arranged tenant inspections, often with little regard for my convenience. The excessive number of these inspections severely disrupted my daily life, making it difficult for me to have any peace or privacy in my own home. Lack of Professionalism and Consideration At every stage, PRD Real Estate Burleigh Heads demonstrated a complete disregard for tenant rights, communication, and professionalism. The constant disruptions and unfair treatment have made this the worst rental experience I have ever had. Due to these repeated issues, I am in the process of filing an official complaint with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). I strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to think twice before committing.
