Top agent who doesn't make you feel pressured
My dealings with Richard were very professional and one that I have not experienced in the last. Richard made me feel like I was a person and not just a number trying to purchase a property. Great Agent with Extensive Knowledge of the market
This was our first time selling with Richard and the team from Premiere, and the second time selling in total. It was such a difference this time with the transparency of Richard and the team throughout the process from initial consult through to the target advertising campaign and then sale process. Richard got the price we thought was fair and to what we had expected from the get go, and (not including the new year period) sold at the first open house.

Could not be more happier!
From the very start Richard was open and honest around what we should expect and what was unknown. It was obvious that he has an advance understanding of not only the market but what the best strategies are to market a specialised property such as ours (6 acres). He was professional throughout the process and the best part was the continued communication, I always was kept in the loop... Richard worked hard to get us the best result which he did achieve and delivered a sale price that was the new record and was about 15% higher than the last sales record in the area!
