When the day came to sign off on the sale of dads home, Michael was very understanding and supportive to me knowing what I was signing was the end of something that had been in the family for 50+ years, and was not easy to say goodbye...but what can you do when there are other circumstances that are out of your control. Well Michael, that went much more quickly than I ever imagined for a somewhat unusual house not in pristine condition but with its own leafy charm and a location near the sea. We are delighted that the new owners are a young family who will be able to appreciate their home's position with the reserve opposite and the easy access to the beach. Your excellent advertising paid off and saved us plenty of inspection days!
