Prior to engaging Michael my husband and I spoke with a number of other agents. They were discarded as the quoted value of the property seemed to be far in excess of comparable sales in the area. One by as much as $400,000. Also the "Cohen Brown" type American sales pitch was all too obvious and not appreciated to our conservative nature.
