Michael was really helpful and easy to deal with. He arranged another open for us privately, giving us time to really check the house out , and that really helped us make the decision to purchase the house. He also has offered to put me in touch with trades people that he has dealt with which is great as we don't have any contacts in Rye , which is really invaluable . All in all he was friendly and relaxed no pressure either which I like in a real estate agent !

Then, as we were unable to visit very often, he managed the cleaning of the site of the years of accumulated rubbish and unwanted items. He went above and beyond the role of salesman.
