I will go back 3 years when we engaged Michael Christodoulou to sell our home. Firstly he was upfront with his commission charge (the cheapest we found) and advertising costs ( did not indulge in unreasonable budget ) . Michael achieved an excellent price. However at the very last hurdle my wife decided she did not want to sell after all. The staff at Prentice then had to act as "counsellors" instead of salesmen.
