We needed assistance with pricing & selling details - Michael's experience and professional manner shone through & his willingness to answer questions eased our concerns. On placing our home on the market, he kept us regularly informed of proceedings; when Covid affected business he explained what procedures would be changed. Once inspections resumed after lockdown, Michael had clients ready to visit the house immediately. We have now sold & Michael has excelled in obtaining the unit for us, arranging both settlements - thus resulting in very grateful clients who would recommend him unreservedly.
