From the moment he reached out to us and told us what he could do for our property, Michael was honest and super diligent. He did just as he said he would do and had the buyers ready to go. He even managed to get trades organised and the property online without much input from us which was a relief. This agent seriously does eat, sleep and breathe real estate - you can tell its in his blood but he still managed to put our needs and expectations first and that's what mattered.

After inspecting a unit we wished to buy, we approached Michael for an appraisal on our property. His friendly, approachable manner was a welcome sign. On discussion, his knowledge of the real estate market and the area was obvious. We needed assistance with pricing & selling details - Michael's experience and professional manner shone through & his willingness to answer questions eased our concerns. On placing our home on the market, he kept us regularly informed of proceedings; when Covid affected business he explained what procedures would be changed. Once inspections resumed after lockdown, Michael had clients ready to visit the house immediately. We have now sold & Michael has excelled in obtaining the unit for us, arranging both settlements - thus resulting in very grateful clients who would recommend him unreservedly.

From the start MP stood out from the five agents who gave appraisals. He was highly professional and made me feel I was in capable, knowledgeable hands. I trusted him to do his best for me and he did.

Michael was great from the first time we met him at a property inspection. He gave us a great tour of the property, allowed us time to have a look around and then was able to answer all of our questions. From assisting us with an offer, to being available for a property inspection and communication throughout the process, Michael has been wonderful.

We cannot recommend Michael highly enough. He was more like a friend than a real estate agent as he really cared about us getting the best price for our home. He was realistic and fair with his valuation, and this saw us sell our home within four weeks of listing it after lockdown. Thank you Michael for your professionalism and kindness.

Michael was extremely straight forward and very transparent in all his communications with me. This gave me a great deal of confidence in purchasing a property site unseen! We couldn’t be happier with the purchase and look forward to making the most of it.
