Local knowledge at its best
Michael Prentice took on selling our home in difficult situations of COVID times, but it didn’t prevent him from giving us his total attention. Success was due to his attention to detail and efforts to get us the best results. I cannot thank him enough.

I wouldn't sell without Michael Prentice in Mornington Peninsula
It was a pleasure to be working with Michael Prentice. An honest agent with realistic expectations and years of experience and knowledge of the area, set's him above other real estate agents in the area. During difficult times like lockdown and closing down the real estate industry, he managed to advertise, provided the option of private inspections, sold my property in a brief period. He chose the right approach and due to social distancing; he was so determined to open house for every potential buyer and spent a lot of his time in private inspections. I'm so grateful to him and his team for his hard work, which would be in a non-COVID situation much more straightforward. His help with various trades, negotiation advice, are invaluable assets.

No nonsense result!
Getting Michael Christodoulou to sell my property was the best real estate decision I've ever made. From the moment Michael visited my house for the first time, he knew exactly what was achievable. He understood what I wanted from the sale and had no problem getting me the price I wanted. Furthermore, Michael sold my house within 4 hours of it being advertised. Yes.
