We recently purchased a property in Rye for which Michael was the agent. At the outset he was warm and genuine without the pressure tactics that are sometimes common in parts of the industry. Michael worked hard both for his vendor and for us to come to a mutually acceptable deal. On final inspection, Michael noticed the grass was a little long and arranged for it to be mowed at what I can only assume was his expense. Since the purchase and after settlement, Michael has continued to assist us with questions and queries, local trades and other helpful matters. Nothing has been too much trouble.
