We recently purchased a property in Rye for which Michael was the agent. At the outset he was warm and genuine without the pressure tactics that are sometimes common in parts of the industry. Michael worked hard both for his vendor and for us to come to a mutually acceptable deal. On final inspection, Michael noticed the grass was a little long and arranged for it to be mowed at what I can only assume was his expense. Since the purchase and after settlement, Michael has continued to assist us with questions and queries, local trades and other helpful matters. Nothing has been too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending and using Michael to either buy or sell another property and hope we have the opportunity to deal with him in the future. Can't say enough! 10/10!!

Michael, was very easy to deal with. He quoted us a higher sales price than any of the other agents ( underpinning his quote with examples of recent sales) and he delivered on that quote within 2 weeks. He also handled the sourcing of sales documentation and property inspections. Michael came over as a straight shooter who gets results.
