Kate was committed and persistent in chasing up all of my references which I really appreciated. Rather than giving up as it can sometimes be hard to reach references due to schedules, she persisted and made sure that our application was thoroughly assessed. Thank-you!

I have found Professionals Australind to be approachable, fair and communicative. I have no problems ringing them with any concerns. The staff are friendly and professional. I would recommend them over other local agents I have used.

Overall I’m satisfied. I would like to see some improvement I. The time it takes to respond to queries. I have sent emails which have not been replied to and queries that have not been replied too. I have requested that things get fixed and I only find out if that has been done or not when I get the end of month statement. Would also like them to show a bit of initiative. When my lawn is patchy and dying when the inspection report is sent to me it should be a sign that someone needs to be said to the tenant. I shouldn’t have to initiate that conversation.

I purchased my house in Australind from Andrew in 2005, very easy transaction with great communication all the way through the process. In 2012 my situation changed and I relocated. Andrew introduced me to his lovely better half Jenny. Jen and her team have been property managers ever since. Jen's team are awesome at managing the property with zero hassle or stress on me. I was talking with Jen a few months ago and she mentioned an issue that had been sorted, I said to Jen that I was unaware, Jen said "Dave you don't need to be aware, that is what you pay us to look after", perfect! Sometimes I actually forget I have the rental property until I see the money in my bank. I would recommend team Spokes to anyone who is looking for straight up and down, drama free sales or rentals

We have had a long relationship with Professional DAD Realty with our rental properties. The team are wonderful. We have inspections every 3 months, the reports are so detail with photos. The selection of tenants over the years has been great, the first ones staying for 6 years, before moving to Perth.
