Frustrating

The purchaser was difficult and at every opportunity tried to push beyond the agreement. Several of these requests in my opinion should or could have been stopped by Deb, as they were beyond the agreement or unreasonable. However, each and everyone was presented to me with no explanation as to what my rights were to refuse them. Deb is lovely, but it left me feeling like Deb was acting as a messenger and not an agent hired to represent me as the seller.

Great service and warm friendly approach

Russell was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, he kept us informed every step of the way, and his knowledge of the market gave us complete confidence in our decisions. Beautiful person

Hi, myself and my partner was absolutely taken away by how much passion annique has in this industry. Annique was sell a property nextdoor to us and I approached her to see how the sale was going as. We was in the process of getting our house ready for sale. Annique came over seen more value in our home than all the others that came. She gave so much advice on what to do in order to sell our property for a good value. We decided to go with annique over others and we are so glad we did. She put so much effort into selling our home. So good to deal with and it makes it easier as she's such a lovely person. 80k over others that valued our home even in a falling market. We really don't know how she did it 🙌 Thanks so much annique you made our house selling a lovely experience in every way .

Positive experience for a happy price

I had a positive experience working with my agent throughout the property purchase process. He communicated clearly and kept me informed at each stage. He was always willing to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. He was supportive during negotiations, helping facilitate discussions between the buyer and seller and working towards a mutually beneficial outcome. I also appreciated his willingness to accommodate requests and assist wherever possible. Overall, he was professional, responsive, and reliable. I am very happy with the property I purchased and would be happy to recommend his services to others.

Excellent communicator with great knowledge of the market.

We had a very positive experience dealing with our agent, Tom. He was professional, knowledgeable and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. He has an excellent knowledge of Landsdale and the surrounding areas, as well as a strong understanding of the local property market.
