Great Communication
Mike and the office have been extremely helpful in regards to our purchase and all aspects. As we needed to travel to view properties he was willing to work in with our schedule. All questions were answered immediately and Mike was able to follow up with some of our later questions. Mike and the office have communicated regularly with us to let us know how all is proceeding and we are very happy with how easy it has been to deal with them

From first valuation to completion of contract was very comfortable and because I was unavailable for a while Mike went the extra step and verified information required by the buyer on my behalf. Made things easy
It has been quite a while since we purchased a new property, and the experience was significantly better than previously. When we called, both Mike and Joan were attentive and knowledgeable - not pushy. They did what they said they we going to do and called back promptly and when they said they would. Overall they made the process simple and uncomplicated - exactly what you want.
