“We would like to thank Mike and Joan for the hard work they put in whilst selling our home. Mike & Joan operate a local real estate business and therefore are up to date with all the local trends in the real estate market. When we had questions they were always answered in a professional and pleasant way. Mike's valuation of our property was almost spot on considering the real estate market had cooled somewhat. We would gladly recommend future buyers & sellers to give with Mike and Joan a call.

Mike and the office have been extremely helpful in regards to our purchase and all aspects. As we needed to travel to view properties he was willing to work in with our schedule. All questions were answered immediately and Mike was able to follow up with some of our later questions. Mike and the office have communicated regularly with us to let us know how all is proceeding and we are very happy with how easy it has been to deal with them

Cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Mike and other staff at The Professionals, Harrington. From first valuation to completion of contract was very comfortable and because I was unavailable for a while Mike went the extra step and verified information required by the buyer on my behalf. I have no hesitation in recommending his team.

It has been quite a while since we purchased a new property, and the experience was significantly better than previously. When we called, both Mike and Joan were attentive and knowledgeable - not pushy. They did what they said they we going to do and called back promptly and when they said they would. Overall they made the process simple and uncomplicated - exactly what you want.

Right from when we decided to sell, Joan was with us every step of the way. Giving us all the information we needed and more. Joan was both professional and super friendly in her approach to us and the way she sold our home, which she sold to us 7 years ago! We returned to Joan because of her excellent service and superb knowledge of the area.
