Mike and his team were always friendly and informative. Mike achieved full asking price for our house and followed up after all inspections. I would recommend Mike to anyone wishing to put there house on the market. The sales office being open seven days a week is a big advantage. Thank you Mike for working hard for us.

Mike knew we had been looking to buy for a while and was so helpful in allowing us to get in to have a look at the property immediately after it becoming available! His knowledge of the market, the local area and being able to match what we were looking for with a perfect property made the process of buying so much easier. He kept us up to date throughout the buying process and we never felt in the dark about anything. I would highly recommend his services to any buyer or purchaser within the area. We know when the time comes for us to sell, we have our guy!

Mike is a genuine person which is sometimes hard to find in real estate, he was a good person when he sold our parents the house, and the same for me and my siblings I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

We found Mike to be professional and courteous throughout the purchase process. Mike provided timely direct feedback during purchase negotiations which enabled us to make informed decisions. We stayed in Harrington a numbers of days during our property search and Mike provided us with information regarding community organisations and volunteer groups helping us make our decision.

From the moment Mike walked into my home and looked around his smile said it all. It ticks all the boxes he said; people will want this home. And look at those gardens. He and Joan talked me through all the details with patience and I saw their confidence in what they do; deliver successful sales. They kept me informed every day and sought my approval of any idea. Two weeks later we celebrated success with a SOLD sign

Mike was extremely accommodating from the start. Open and honest. Very professional and gave us straight answers without any spin attached. So refreshing to meet an old school down to earth person. So happy with Mike and his team we are going to get him to manage the property when we lease it out. No hesitation in returning to Mike for future business.
