We truly enjoyed our time at this property and will miss our beautiful neighbours John & Dorothy in Unit 1. We hope the new tenants enjoy their home as much as we did. Given JM and sons are in Kalgoorlie and we live in Victoria they make it feel like we are much closer. Recently they coordinated the painting and new flooring for one of our rentals that we have had with them for 20 years. the outcome was great and they organised the trades to do it quickly. It has resulted in a $200 per week rent increase.
