As an interstate buyer the Professionals Mackay team made my life very easy. The first time I saw the property was 2 weeks after settlement, yet I felt like everything was in very much control. They diligently found me quotes to assist with my renovation and promptly organised tenants at my target rent. Most importantly they’re lovely to deal with and easy to contact. This has actually been the best leasing process I’ve experienced on any of my properties and I’d say going with Professionals Mackay is an absolute no-brainer. You can worry about saving 1% here and there all you want by going with an ordinary PM but it all pales in comparison to the value of a great PM who can get a tenant in earlier (people forget that 1 weeks rent = 2%) at market rent.
