The circumstances under which we had to sell our property were difficult ones.we commissioned Nic Pulvirenti at short notice however we couldn’t have been happier with Nic’s patience under our circumstances .When we were ready Nic hit the ground running with incredible knowledge and advice on market position and pricing. The presentation of our property for sale was amazing, we knew then we had the perfect agent .needless to say that we thrilled with the market response and before we knew it multiple offers were on the table and a higher price was achieved.I would highly recommend Nic as an agent and we will using him again.

Denise and her team supported us with multiple properties, multiple sales while living in Perth and relocating overseas. As an international landlord she ensured our property was always supported, found us fantastic tenants and achieved great results at sale. I can’t recommend the Wellstead team enough.

From start to settlement we had been very pleased with Paul Hanich and Denise Wellstead. They had provided very good service and advice throughout the process. We had a pretty good offer on first home open which led to the sales and settlement. We would not hesitate to use their services again if we were to sell another property in the future. Cheers.

I couldn't rate Denise and her team highly enough. She displays professionalism at it's highest, along with efficiency, honesty and attention to detail. In my experience Denise goes above and beyond for her clients, always ready with help and advice, even after the sale of my home was concluded. On top of all that, she's a super nice person who is warm friendly and very easy to get along with. My house was sold in less than 2 weeks, and she and her team of Paul, Nick and Emma, kept me totally informed at every step of the process through to settlement. I couldn't be happier for choosing Denise and the Professionals.
