Property being purchased had insurance work being completed from water damage. Wellstead went out of their way and found items that had not been completed that when we moved in would have frustrating, such as missing power points for microwave and dishwasher.. Also we had a complicated settlement due to 2 houses being sold by other agent for us which they they where happy to work with. Definitely would recommend this professional company. Thanks.

Whilst I was delighted that my property was under offer after the first home open , there was poor customer service that followed. A building inspection report was not passed onto me for 9 days , leaving only 4 working days for me to address any issues . This created undue stress and anxiety for me, as tradies are incredibly difficult to attain. When the report was sent to me , it was accompanied by an unprofessional attempt at an apology. Yes a quick sale is important but so is being supported right throughout the period leading up to settlement.
