Born and bred in Patterson Lakes, attending the local primary and high school, and kicking a ball at the Bonbeach Football Club, James has always loved being part of the community. He is now involved with the Chelsea Heights Football Club and plays golf at Sandhurst Golf Club, where he lives with his wife Naomi, their young daughter Zara, and Gus the toy poodle. Real estate is about getting involved. It’s saying ‘Hi’ to everyone you know at the local shops, it’s finding the good in life from a work-life balance to helping and supporting your clients as you would your family and friends. As an agent, James began his real estate career in 2006 and has worked his way up the ranks to now co-owning his own business at Property One. Besides enjoying the beach life, James plays guitar in The Robbie Harts band, playing at weddings, engagements and birthdays. He is a whiz at the office footy tipping, and loves meeting new people in the community.
