I'd recommend this place. It was a great location the only thing it lacked was off street parking. (parking can be difficult in this part of town and the fines are outrageous) Inside is nice and clean. The facilities are great and ceiling fans move the air so that it never gets too hot. We really felt at home in this property. It was much nicer than the one we stayed at on the other side of Military road. A lot of Air Bnbs are just someone's house rented out for a quick gain but this was a bona fide corporate rental and a great place to return to after a day on the town.

Absolutely stunning location , beautifully decorated and designed apartment . Perfect for business / work / holiday stay and is the best equipped Air BNB I have stayed . The host is so attentive , provided clear details of the apartment and property upon arrival , and promptly responded to all queries / questions about location and property . The apartment is very comfortable , freshly designed and contemporary . The location is right in front of Balmoral beach and eateries with a view of the yachts and headlands . We stayed in Mosman over Christmas and NewYear. There was myself, my daughter and 2 granddaughters. The apartment was very spacious, although it was effectively a basement apartment which i was unaware of, and made access with a baby's pushchair slightly difficult. The apartment was well stocked with all necessary utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. Also had laundry and dishwasher liquids. We organised an early check-in as our flight was arriving at 07.30am at late notice which Annabel sorted out very efficiently for me. Also (my fault) i did not realise (until 1 day before) that check out was 09.30am, again Property Providers agreed late check out at late notice. I tend to go to Australia every 2yrs, I will make Property Providers my first choice when looking to book accommodation on future trips.
