Local experience pays off!
Joanne's years of experience in the Hills paid off for us. She knew of many potential customers and we sold before our first home open...it took three days. In addition, she knew of an amazing staging company and put us in contact with them, anither factor in our quick sale and excellent price. A great agent and realestate team.
Ben was friendly and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. From accomodating our request for an early inspection to keeping us updated with clear communication whilst interstate ensured the purchase process was smooth and hassle free. I have known Ben for many years, and I would like to think that we are good friends.
