The hardest working agents I’ve ever known.
After trying to sell my home for almost 3 years with other agencies and zero offers, a friend recommended Ben who had sold several properties for her and her family over the years. She described him as honest, caring and hardworking. Ben brought his associate Dave to our first meeting and they both indeed shared those qualities and throughout the process displayed quiet strength and integrity. They worked extremely hard from that first meeting and I was presented with two offers within months. They continued with home opens, regular contact and property reports until the best offer became unconditional. They were very sensitive to our vulnerability- a widow raising a teenager- and showed us support and compassion. I would thoroughly recommend Ben and Dave and Provincial Realestate.

An Outstanding Real Estate Experience
The total experience that I had when buying a property through Provincial Real Estate , with Ben Ciocca as acting agent was professional as well as being a pleasant one . From experience buying or selling a property is one of the most important things one does in life. To have an agent who whilst representing the seller, also advised and guided me with absolute honesty and integrity. At all times I was treated with respect and being an elderly person this is not very common these days. I recommend the firm Provincial Real Estate and all the staff members whom I encountered during the process for their professionalism and honesty. House Sale Guided By Experts
We asked Provincial Real Estate to appraise and, later, sell our house. We selected Provincial because of their local presence and market experience in the Hills. The appraisal was professionally conducted and we were given a bracket of the likely achievable sale price. Ben Ciocca and his associate David Farrant were led us through the appraisal, the current state of the market and their sales process and costs. They listened to our expectations and the discussion was amicable and objective. Provincial's marketing strategy was very effective. There were 6 "home opens" in 5 weeks with 4 to 6 groups visiting on each occasion. Finally, an offer was received 6 weeks after the house was placed on the market and settlement was completed within a further 5 weeks. Ben, who is the Principal, has excellent communications skills and a very good knowledge of the market. He priced the house realistically and the sale price was in the middle of his estimate bracket. Throughout the process we were kept up-to-date by phone and weekly written updates from Ben and David. They both came across as empathetic, realistic and trustworthy. Would I ask Provincial to sell a house? Yes, unreservedly, and I have no hesitation in recommending Provincial, and Ben Ciocca and his team.
