What seemed a major step in the third trimester of our lives the selling of our Home, you need to through out items you haven't looked at for years. Pick a Real estate agent someone who will spend time advising you the best way etc; well David Zammit and the team at the Professionals Caroline Springs was that person, David listened to our needs wants & expectations etc; then explained & advised the best way in his opinion all the time still listening to us.
