Excellent job!
Highly recommended agent. Puts in a lot of effort in order to sell our house. What he promised, he delivered. David sold the house in less than a week on the market, which other agents had it for 3 months with no success which is amazing.

Tottaly Amazing Agent
I gave my property to David to sell believing it would be difficult to get the price that I wanted, I felt that it would be on the market for some time to get sold. BUT NO how wrong was I? He had it only 23 hours before he called to advice he had an offer above the price that I was seeking. Wouldn't use anyone else. .
What made david stand out. Was the way he kept the line of communication open during the whole process. He kept us informed at every stage. When our first buyer fell through he made it plane sailing and managed to get another buyer ....and a better price. Wouldn't use anyone else thanks david
