Thomas Quaid is professional, hard working with great communication skills.
We needed to sell our unit in Cairns after the uncertainty of the covid restrictions. Tom got to work on it and it sold for a great price in no time at all. Selling the old family home
When the time came to sell our parent’s house after being the family home for 74 years, Tom was a tremendous help. He helped us each step of the way from listing through to the final settlement. My brothers and I no longer lived in the area but we were always kept informed of what was happening. Tom was professional throughout the whole process and assisted us with decision making ensuring that we received the best outcome from the property.

Genuine without the usual agent palava
On first meeting Tom, I was impressed by his demeanor and market knowledge without him shoving it down my throat. My transaction with Tom was probably the 30th real estate transaction I have personally completed, and compliments probably a couple of thousand I have been a professional party to as banker and or insurer. I think Tom is best summed up by an old phrase a client of mine taught me when I was in the stock and station agency game - and yes, I was also licensed to sell and auction real estate - way back in the dark ages last century: "You can tell a bloody agent, can't tell 'em bloody much!", a lament about all knowing arrogant agents. Tom is the antithesis of that. He knows his stuff, spend a minute or two and that becomes very clear, but his manner is impeccable as is his presentation. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an energetic, ethical, reliable, and hard working real estate agent who doesn't talk trash and gets the job done.
