A committed, accomplished and genuine professional who is extremely up front and honest. My experience of Real Estate agents has not always been positive, however, I have nothing but praise for Mr. Tom Quaid. He was always contactable, timely in his responses and gave an open and honest appraisal of the process involved in selling my property. He kept me up to date frequently, and when I had any issues, he sorted them promptly (and was very patient when I was not as prompt in actioning things). I would highly recommend this agency (I sold my property with them, but also bought my property with them approx. 3 years ago, and they gave the same high level of service). Excellent.
