Tom was nothing less than a consummate professional in selling my home of 18 years. Having great local knowledge without the fake plastic approach you get from other agents who aren't locals, Tom was instructed to seel my home within 55 days and in fact he got me a signed contract in 6 days of going on the market! Nothing was an problem, his response to queries was immediate. He willingly shared he's knowledge of the biz freely and even helped me go through the building inspection for the other house I purchased via another agency. Well done Tom :)
