Tom is a very professional agent with excellent communication skills. I sold my property while living interstate, so only spoke with Tom over the phone or by email. He had excellent advice on how to best present my house for sale and have it marketed effectively. His knowledge paid off because I had 4 offers after the first open home and contracts were signed within a week of it being on the market.
