I believe Kim has not only shown an ability to build a highly credible relationship with myself, the client, both also the eventual buyer...as a property developer I come in contact with sales agents on a regular basis and have had both good and bad experiences over the years. I'm pleased to have had Kim marketing my property to it's eventual sale . I felt he gave the property his undivided attention and never lost enthusiasm over a fairly protracted process lasting five months.
