Overall I was very happy with the service Grant offered. He was understanding of our situation being the original owner of the family home for 63 years and the affect the sale would have on my elderly mother. He was positive, practicable, he was not overbearing and the communication was quick and precise. The only little niggle I have is that looking back I was unaware that R & H would publicise the amount (sale price) the property was sold for on the net. I will be aware next time to request you suppress this from view. I am aware that it becomes public knowledge once it has been transferred with the LPI but..... that generation are quite private... Over all we were very happy with his professionalism and would recommend him to others.

We listed our much loved family home with Grant having first met him nearly 10 years ago when we were looking to buy something. As it turned out we bought through someone else but Grant impressed as a straight talking and honest guy. Having spent the intervening years as a solicitor practicing mainly in the area of property I had no doubt who we would engage to sell our house having seen nothing to change my mind in that time. Grant's level of communication and guidance through the sale process was excellent. Ultimately going to Auction we achieved a sale price that was well in excess of where we initially thought it would be.
